Key Features
Skeleton Structure
Mainly constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures (e.g., hot-dip galvanized rectangular steel frames for main arch frames, purlins, and columns; hot-dip galvanized steel pipes for bay main arch frames). These materials feature high strength, corrosion resistance, and a service life of 10–15 years.
Covering Materials
Outer layer: High-strength polyethylene films, tempered glass or PC board with over 80% light transmittance, anti-aging properties etc can be used as covering material. Insulation curtains can be added. Double-film greenhouses are commonly used in northern regions, while single-film greenhouses are preferred in southern areas.
Overall Layout
Formed by connecting multiple single greenhouses through gutter systems, reducing the floor area of single greenhouse walls and increasing land utilization by 30%–50%. The large internal space facilitates mechanized operations and large-scale management.
