1), shed door: There are one manual sliding door in the middle of the two sides of the greenhouse, a total of two, the door size is 1500mm × 2000mm (width × height), the door is 25 × 1.5mm hot-dip galvanized square tube, chute, card slot and door bag The corners are assembled.

2), window opening system: The manual film winding window ventilation mechanism is adopted, and one manual film winder is arranged on both sides of the greenhouse, and the rocking rod is made of Φ25×1.5 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe. The windows are closed with a 40 mesh insect net.

3), coverage system: The whole shed is covered with high-quality 0.10mm Greek PEP film, with a warranty of 2 years and a service life of 5 years. It is fastened with card slots and circlips. The Greek PEP membrane adopts three-layer co-extrusion technology, which has the functions of eliminating fog, preventing dripping, anti-aging, etc. Its light transmittance has obvious advantages compared with domestic agricultural film.

Greenhouse arch

The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with outer diameter φ25×1.5mm is manually bent by the die, and the arch and the arch are connected by arch connecting pipes to form a pair of arches. The arch spacing is 1.2m, and the arch insertion depth is 0.4m.
 

Diagonal support

The hot-dip galvanized steel tube with external diameter of 25 * 1.5mm is molded by manual bending to increase the strength of the shed.

Card slot and clip spring:

The main function is to fix the film, and secondly to improve the structural strength of the greenhouse. There are two slots on both sides of the greenhouse, four slots in total. The slots are fixed on the arch pole by the slot fixer. The slots are rolled by 0.6mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (zinc layer 120g). The spring is made of phi 2-II carbon spring steel wire after bending.
