Frame: 1.0mm galvanized steel plate, galvanized thickness 180g/M2, with special aluminum rivet.
Shutter: 0.6mm galvanized sheet, galvanized thickness 180g/M2. Automatic opening and closing, controlled by special UV nylon rotating shaft. The switch is accomplished with the help of two unpowered, non-rotating heavy hammer configurations (patented design). This mechanism can ensure the continuous operation of the fan without failure for many years. Transmission device: V-belt, imported (USA, Samsung, Handong, etc.). It is easy to adjust the tightness. Only one bolt on the inlet side needs to be tightened, and no other components need to be removed. The index finger and middle finger can be used to press the middle position of the belt to check whether the tightness is appropriate, 15-20mm belt pressure is appropriate.
Safety net: THERE is a safety net on the side where the air enters. It is hot dip galvanized after welding.
