Durable Seeding Polycarbonate Sheet Greenhouse with Rolling Benches System Plastic Greenhouse

Product Description

Durable Seeding Polycarbonate Sheet Greenhouse with Rolling Benches System plastic greenhouse

Introduction:

PC sheet greenhouse is a structure with walls and roof made of PC in which plants requiring regulated climatic conditions are grown. The greenhouse is high tech production facilities for vegetables or flowers. The greenhouse is filled with equipment including screening installations, heating, cooling, lighting, and may be controlled by a computer to optimize conditions for plant growth. Different techniques are then used to evaluate optimality-degrees and comfort ratio of greenhouse micro-climate (i.e., air temperature, relative humidity and vapor pressure deficit) in order to reduce production risk prior to cultivation of a specific crop.

4)Greenhouse details:

Structure characters:
1.Greenhouse adopted with whole steel keels as the holders which working life more than 15 years.PC sheet life is at least 10 years.
2.Strong wind/snow load resistance.
3. Bolted type framework, easy to install.
4.Multi-span design whit large interior space. It can offer high use ratio of the land and is good choices for extensive plantation and mechanized operation.

Greenhouse Systems:
1)Internal shading:Setting internal shading is an effective way to save energy, shade, temperature and humidity.

2)Outside shading:In summer, the solar radiation heat load is too high, when the external shading system is used, the indoor temperature can be controlled to be only 1ºChigher than that of the outdoor room in a well ventilated greenhouse due to the blocking of most of the solar radiation into the greenhouse.

3)Exhust fan: Reasonable design, low noise, big air volume, strong wind, low operation cost;Air downstream synthetic type PVC blinds or aluminum shutters with oxidation resistance, light weight, deformation, flexible open, and it also can prevent air driven back.

4)Cooling pad:Corrugated paper uses space cross-linking technology, which make it with high water absorption, high water resistant, mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life.

5)water treatment:Rare flowers and plants have very high request for its irrigation water. Bad quality can affect the growth of flowers and color beauty , and it also affect the flexibility of leaves and flowers which may  become fragile.

6)Sprinkler irrigation system:It use high-pressure pump for irrigation by spray system, which sprays water on the crops, is a method of irrigation water for the normal growth.
