Product Description

Glass greenhouse grow tent adopts hot-galvanized steel frame, the covering material commonly used 4-5mm high-quality float glass ortempered glass, double glazing: 4mm + 9mm + 4mm, 5mm + 6mm + 5mm Light transmittance greater than 90%, but also can choose the covering material according to customer requirements, the top of the greenhouse and surrounded by glass fixed special aluminum.

Xinhe Greenhouse advantages:

The greenhouse can effectively prevent the loss of heat and prevent the flow of cold air and heat dissipation.The vault is more conducive for the falling down of rain and snow.It reduces the wind resistance ,improve the anti load capacity of the greenhouse;also it reduces the dew drops and the incidence of pathogens caused by excessive humidity.The greenhouse users can choose the number and height of the side of the shutter according to the actual needs and weather conditions,so as to adjust the greenhouse environment.This greenhouse is equipped with the large volume gutter to guarantee immediate discharge of the rain.

Greenhouse systems

1. Greenhouse Structure:

Greenhouse structure: Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe.
The size of steel pipe and quantity can be designed according to local climate and planting system.

2.Ventilation Systems:

The ventilation systems in our company consist of Roof Ventilation Systems and Side Ventilation Systems according to the difference of the installation position.

3.Shading System:

 

The Shading system can keep out redundant sunshine,  regulate the heat or reduce the cost for the operations.

Outside Shading System is fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.

The internal shading system is installed in the greenhouse, fixed to the truss, and connected to the greenhouse frame.

4.Cooling System:

The cooling system consists of  cooling fan and cooling pad and water cycle system.

The air enters the greenhouse through the cooling pads, resulting in the effects of cooling, moistening and air-dedusting.

5.Heating system:

Heating System of Greenhouse refers to a set of suitable heating facilities chosen to meet the heating demands, consisting of heating source, heat-radiating facilities, heat-transmitting facilities. 

Heating equipment generally have coal-fired boilers, gas boilers, electric heating equipment.

6. Irrigation system:

Including pipe irrigation system, drip irrigation system, sprinkler system, self-propelled sprinkler system, etc., according to the planting of different crops to choose different irrigation systems.

 

7. Hydroponic system:
It is a new soilless plant culture method, also known as nutrient solution culture. Its core is to directly infiltrate the root system of plants into nutrient solution. This nutrient solution can replace soil and provide water, nutrients, oxygen and other growth factors for plants to grow greatly.

8. Tomato Planting System:

Tomato planting system: cocopeat planting with hanging rope and drip irrigation system.
Advantages: 

• Good water retention and drainage: Coconut coir can retain an appropriate amount of water, ensuring that tomato plants have a continuous supply of moisture. At the same time, it also has good drainage performance, preventing waterlogging and root rot.
• Excellent air permeability: It provides good air circulation around the roots, which is beneficial for the respiration of tomato roots, promoting root growth and development.
• Rich in nutrients: Although coconut coir itself contains some nutrients, it also has good adsorption properties, which can adsorb and retain fertilizers, making nutrients more easily available to tomato plants.
• pH stability: The pH value of coconut coir is relatively stable, which is suitable for the growth of tomato plants. It can provide a relatively stable acid - base environment, helping tomato plants better absorb nutrients.
• Sterile and pest - free: Usually, coconut coir is sterile and free of pests and diseases, reducing the risk of plant infections and diseases, and providing a clean growth environment for tomato plants.
