Installation Instructions

Roof Structure:

There are three kinds of roof structure,namely,arched roof,pitched roof and semi-dome roof.Every span has one or several roofs.Agreenhouse can be built into many spans in large ared.
Structure of Outside-Shading Skeleton:
The outside shading system is fixed by the uprights and beams.The section of the upright is rectangular,and the beam is locatedabove the greenhouse.

Primary Load-Carrying Materials and Connecting Materials
a) The primary lasd-carrying materials include upright,gutter and trusses.The section of the upright is rectangular.
b)There are many kinds of suitable  connecting materials,such as roof connectors,roof-gutter connectors,gutters supporters.

Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Structure The steel structure is made of high quality steel with double side hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 150um. The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years.

Cover Material 8mm, 10mm, 12mm polycarbonate sheet with 10 years life. Advantage: Light transmittance, impact resistance, Anti-ultraviolet, Light weight. It keeps cool in summer and keeps heat in winter.

Outside Shadow System Material: Black round-wire sunshade net Advantage: Button control switch , reduce the internal temperature and avoid damages to plants caused by intense sunlight.

 

 

Inner shadow System Material: Aluminum sunshade net. Advantage: Button control switch, reduce the internal temperature by cutting off excess solar radiation

Ventilation System Top ventilation: All the middle spans have two electric roll up motors and both of side spans have one electric roll up motor. Side ventilation: Both side have two electric roll up motors

Cooling System Introduction: The pads and fans are used together to realize the functions of cooling and ventilation. Fan size: 1380*1380*400 mm. Cooling pad high 1.5m, 15cm thickness.

•How to intall greenhouse
-First we prepare the material and export.
-After your customs clearing, we send 2-4 engineers or all workers to guide to install. 
-If you want to save money, we only send drawing, and you match local workers. If you think it is hard to do, we also can send engineers and workers to install for you.

•What is the payment terms?
-usually the deposit is 30%-50% of total value. Before loading, all the balance shoulde be paid off. Or you can give your own payment terms, then we can negotiate it.
