Fans and cooling pad
(1) The wet curtain fan forced cooling system uses the evaporative cooling principle of water to achieve the purpose of cooling.
(2)The heart of the cooling system is the pad that evaporates the water. The wet curtain is made of corrugated fiber paper. Due to the addition of special chemical substances in the production raw materials, it is resistant to corrosion and has a long service life.
(3)When the air passes through the wet pad medium, the sensible heat of the air is converted into the latent heat of evaporation, thereby realizing the humidification and cooling of the air. The fan is used in combination with the wet curtain, which can promote the flow of air inside and outside the greenhouse, discharge indoor high-temperature and high-humidity gas, and supply enough fresh air.
(4) When it is necessary to cool down, the fan (manual and automatic) is started to discharge the air out of the greenhouse to generate negative pressure; at the same time, the water pump hits the opposite wet curtain wall.
(5)When the outdoor air is sucked into the room by negative pressure, it will pass through the gap of the wet curtain at a certain speed, causing the water to evaporate and cool down. The cold air flows through the greenhouse, absorbs the indoor heat, and is discharged through the fan to achieve the purpose of cooling
Insulation system
(1)The glass greenhouse is composed of thermal insulation system. The system consists of inner insulation motor, transmission part, travel limit switch, shading screen, control device and shielded wire, etc.;
( 2) Insulation drive motor in glass greenhouse. The special reduction motor for greenhouse is selected, and the motor is equipped with a travel limit switch, which can realize automatic stop, accurate limit, and stable and reliable operation
(3) Insulation control cabinet in glass greenhouse. The cabinet is equipped with a sunshade screen for unfolding and closing the two sets of contacts. It can be started and stopped manually, and can be electronically controlled by a computer;
(4)Insulation transmission mechanism in glass greenhouse. It can be driven by rack and pinion or chain. The transmission mechanism is composed of a push-pull rod and a transmission shaft, and the circular motion of the transmission shaft is converted into a uniform linear motion through the rack. The driving rod is a special aluminum alloy profile, which is set horizontally, which is convenient for pulling the curtain;
Sprinkler system

Ventilation system
(1). Discharge the waste heat in the facility to keep the indoor ambient temperature within the range suitable for plant growth.
(2). Discharge residual humidity to keep the relative humidity of indoor environment within the range suitable for plant growth.
(3). Adjust the air composition, remove harmful gases, increase the content of CO2 in the indoor air, and make the crops grow well.
Shading system
(1)The main equipment of the system includes geared motor, transmission shaft, drive shaft, rack and pinion, supporting hanging wheel, driving edge profile, and supporting curtain line.
(2)The geared motor is composed of a motor part and a transmission. The conventional motor power is 0.75kw; the speed is 5.2r/min, and the torque is 600n/m. The stroke of the rack and pinion is generally 3.8 meters, so the single time for opening or closing the sunshade net is about 6 to 8 minutes.
(3)The size of the transmission shaft and the drive shaft is generally Φ32*2.0 hot-dip galvanized pipe.
Hydroponic system
(1)The hydroponic cultivation of vegetables is an existing soilless cultivation technology.
(2)The vegetables are fertilized with a nutrient solution, and the minerals required for the growth of the vegetables are dissolved in the nutrient solution.
(3)Soilless culture requires a planting basin composed of a liquid storage basin and a planting piece. The planting piece is used to accommodate and support the planted vegetables.
(4) The roots of the vegetables are suspended in the planting liquid. Add the nutrients needed for vegetable growth to the liquid.
Heating system
The heating system mainly includes gas, coal-fired, fuel-fired and hot air heaters combined in various ways; aluminum alloy decorative radiators, round-wing fin radiators, and light-pipe radiators are used for heating by hot water boilers. Several methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the actual design selection is generally based on several major factors such as the climatic conditions of the project area and the project function.

In recent years, due to the promotion of market demand, greenhouses are generally used to produce off-season flowers, fruits, vegetables, etc. Due to the short sunshine time in winter and spring, the crops grow slowly and the yield is low, so supplementary light is urgently needed.
High-pressure sodium lamps are often used in the construction of greenhouses, and two types of inductive ballasts and electronic ballasts are used in the working circuit to match the lamps. The inductive ballast has an inductive coil and a silicon steel sheet loop made of non-closed shape, and a small gap is specially reserved to make the magnetic field in a non-saturated state, thereby stabilizing the current. Electronic ballasts have the characteristics of low power consumption, small size, light weight, high power factor, instant start of bulbs, and extended lamp life.
