Greenhouse Introduction:

1)The film greenhouse is mainly a multi-span greenhouse with film as the covering material.
 
  A complete film greenhouse mainly includes the basic part of the greenhouse civil construction, the main hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton, the outer shading hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton, covering materials, outer shading system, inner insulation system, wet curtain-fan cooling system, top and surrounding volumes Membrane window system, sprinkler system, power distribution system, drainage system, etc.

2)The film greenhouse has a significant energy saving effect (generally the energy saving rate is about 40%, and the maximum energy saving rate is 57%).
   
The structure is simple and the cost is low. From the operation effect, although the light transmittance of the film greenhouse is lower than the glass greenhouse, because High tightness is also prone to excessive indoor humidity, but the advantages of energy saving in areas with large energy consumption in winter far exceed the above problems.
 

 Greenhouse system  

1.ventilation systems:

The ventilation systems in our company consist of Roof Ventilation Systems and Side Ventilation Systems according to the difference of the installation position.

Main Accessories: plastic-film reeling motor (or manual machine), plastic-film shaft,press film card, press film belt, etc
 

2.Shading System:

The Shading system can keep out redundant sunshine,  regulate the heat or reduce the cost for the operations.

Outside Shading System is fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.
The internal shading system is installed in the greenhouse, fixed to the truss, and connected to the greenhouse frame

3.Cooling System:

The cooling system consists of  fan and cooling pad

The air enters the greenhouse through the cooling pads, resulting in the effects of cooling, moistening and air-dedusting.
 

4.Heating system:

Heating System of Greenhouse refers to a set of suitable heating facilities chosen to meet the heating demands, consisting of heating source, heat-radiating facilities, heat-transmitting facilities. 

Heating equipment generally have coal-fired boilers, gas boilers, electric heating equipment

5. Irrigation system:

Including pipe irrigation system, drip irrigation system, sprinkler system, self-propelled sprinkler system, etc., according to the planting of different crops to choose different irrigation systems

6.Hydroponic system

It is a new soilless plant culture method, also known as nutrient solution culture. Its core is to directly infiltrate the root system of plants into nutrient solution.
