The main structure adopts prefabricated hot-dip galvanized frame to ensure the overall anti-corrosion ability of the greenhouse frame. The main arch frame, purlins, columns are hot-dip galvanized rectangular steel frame, the main arch frame between the use of hot-dip galvanized pipe, the main arch W type suspender structure, in order to enhance the roof load. All the rods are connected by bolt assembly, and the top of the span column is equipped with a large flow drain tank.

1. Survey the site and do civil engineering work
2. Set up columns, install gutter gutters, and reserve U-bolts for later installation of arch rods. In particular, the thickness of the gutters must reach the standard, so as not to affect the compressive capacity of the whole greenhouse.
3. Build the skeleton of the internal greenhouse.
4. Install the shading column outside the shed, the shading arch beam and the beam. Pay attention to the arch beam here, and keep a certain slope, so that the snow on the top is small and the structure is firm.
5. After the skeleton is installed, install the external shading diagonal support and external shading transmission system of the greenhouse.
6. Install fan water curtains and temperature control equipment.
7. Greenhouse film, film must be selected high quality Po film, long service life, greatly saving manpower and financial resources.
8. Install the greenhouse control system.
Internal shading:
•Effectively reduce the greenhouse light, while reducing the temperature of crops and air.
•Unique thermal radiation barrier materials outside greenhouse emission, can keep the curtain under the heat is not lost.
•Close the sunshade curtain will increase the humidity indoor temperature rapidly.
Outside shading:
•In summer, the solar radiation heat load is too high,when the external shading system is used, the indoor temperature can be controlled to be only 1ºChigher than that of the outdoor room in a well ventilated greenhouse due to the blocking of most of the solar radiation into the greenhouse.
Cooling system:
•The pads and fans are used together to realize the functions of cooling and ventilation.
•In hot weather, using cool water circulation could reduce temperature and increase humidity inside the greenhouse at same time.
