Product Description

        The main structure adopts prefabricated hot-dip galvanized frame to ensure the overall anti-corrosion ability of the greenhouse frame. The main arch frame, purlins, columns are hot-dip galvanized rectangular steel frame, the main arch frame between the use of hot-dip galvanized pipe, the main arch W type suspender structure, in order to enhance the roof load. All the rods are connected by bolt assembly, and the top of the span column is equipped with a large flow drain tank.

Greenhouse Systems

1.ventilation systems:

The ventilation systems in our company consist of Roof Ventilation Systems and Side Ventilation Systems according to the difference of the installation position.

Main Accessories: plastic-film reeling motor (or manual machine), plastic-film shaft,press film card, press film belt, etc
 

2.Shading System:

The Shading system can keep out redundant sunshine,  regulate the heat or reduce the cost for the operations.

Outside Shading System is fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.
The internal shading system is installed in the greenhouse, fixed to the truss, and connected to the greenhouse frame

3.Cooling System:

The cooling system consists of  fan and cooling pad

The air enters the greenhouse through the cooling pads, resulting in the effects of cooling, moistening and air-dedusting.
 

Tomato planting

Tomato planting four points :

(1) temperature tomato for warm vegetables, temperature 15-30 degrees can grow. The optimum temperature for growth was 20-25 ºC, which affected pollination, fertilization and floral organ development. When the temperature is below 10 ºC, the plant growth is affected, and when the temperature is below -1 -- -2 ºC, the plant dies. When the temperature is above 30 ºC, photosynthesis is weakened, and when the temperature is above 35 ºC, normal physiological activities are disturbed.

    The temperature requirements for different growth stages are: seed germination 25-30 degrees, seedling stage 20-25 degrees (night 10-15 degrees, exercise adaptation 0-3 degrees), flowering stage 20-30 degrees (night 15-20 degrees), fruiting stage 25-28 degrees (night 15-20 degrees), soil temperature 20-22 degrees.

 

(2) illumination tomato likes sufficient sunlight, illumination intensity and tomato yield and quality have a direct relationship, so in the cultivation must often maintain good illumination conditions. The light saturation point of tomato is 70,000 lux. Generally, light intensity above 30,000 to 35,000 lux should be guaranteed. In terms of light duration, plants grow best with 11-13 hours of light per day.
 

 

(3) water tomato root developed, water absorption is strong, belonging to semi drought tolerant plants. However, it has lush stems and leaves, long fruiting period and higher requirements for moisture. The appropriate air humidity is 45-55% and soil humidity is 60-80%.

 

(4) soil nutrition tomato soil requirements are not strict, but to choose deep soil layer, good drainage, rich in organic matter, water and fertilizer and good air permeability of the soil is suitable for slightly acidic to neutral soil growth, not saline-alkali resistance. The nitrogen absorption of tomato increased gradually from the first panicle to the peak at full fruit stage. Phosphate fertilizer after fruit - setting, more demand. It can promote nitrogen absorption, enhance plant resistance and improve fruit quality.
